Justin Timberlake takes a stake in Myspace

30 06 2011

The singer has joined forces with US digital advertising agency Specific Media to buy Myspace from News Corporation for $35m - a fraction of the $580m Rupert Murdoch paid in 2005.

The deal sees Timberlake helping to develop the strategy and creative direction behind the social networking site, alongside Specific Media.
